Done for you. Not handed to you as homework.
Strategy decks do not get posted. We handle the positioning, the filming, the editing and the publishing, so the thing actually goes out week after week.
Three parts, one system
Positioning
Deciding what you want to be known for, and what to stop saying. Most business owners are forgettable online because they are trying to be relevant to everybody. We narrow it until it is specific enough to stick.
Production
Batched filming and full editing. You turn up, we ask you about things you already know, and we cut it into content. Short camera sessions, weeks of output.
Publishing
Scripting, captions, scheduling and consistent posting. The unglamorous part that decides whether any of the rest of it matters.
Practically speaking
- →A clear position. One thing you are known for, and the angles that support it.
- →Batched filming sessions, scheduled around your calendar rather than ours.
- →Edited content, captioned and formatted for where it is going.
- →A consistent posting rhythm you do not have to think about.
- →Ongoing reads on what landed, so the next batch is better than the last.
Engagements are structured in tiers depending on how much production and how much strategy you need. The audit works out which one makes sense, and if none of them do, I will say so.
What people ask before starting
How much time do I have to put in?
Filming is batched, so your camera time happens in a single focused session rather than daily. One session covers weeks of content. Outside that session, you approve what goes out. The system is built so it survives a full calendar, because one that needs you every day will not.
Do I need to be good on camera?
No. You need to know your subject, which you already do. We ask questions and you answer them, which is very different from performing to a lens. Most people who think they are bad on camera are simply being asked to read a script instead of talk.
How long before it does anything?
Content is a compounding asset, not an ad campaign. Early on you are gathering data on what your market responds to. The useful signal is not follower count, it is whether inbound conversations start arriving from people who already trust you.
Which platforms do you cover?
We work to where your buyers actually are rather than posting everywhere by default. For most Australian business owners that means short-form video plus LinkedIn, but that decision comes out of the audit rather than a template.
Start with the audit
Before anything else, we look at where you stand. Your market, your competitors, and the gap you could own. It is the fastest way to find out whether this is worth your money.
