Getting known is a head start, not a talent
The people winning attention in your industry are rarely more capable than you. They started, and they kept going while everybody else was deciding. That is the entire advantage. It compounds quietly, and by the time it is obvious it is expensive to catch.
I think most business content fails for a boring reason. It sounds like nobody. Same recycled advice, same AI written captions, nothing that could only have come from one person. People do not remember information. They remember someone.
You do not need to become a full time creator. You need a system, and someone steering it who has done it before.

I will tell you if it is not worth it
If content is not the bottleneck in your business, I will say so on the first call rather than sell you a retainer. That costs me work sometimes. It is still the right call.
Your voice, not a template
The whole point is sounding like you. If it could have been posted by anyone in your industry, it has failed, no matter how well it is shot.
Consistency beats production value
A good enough video posted every week beats a perfect one posted every quarter. Reps first, polish second, never the other way round.
Built around your time, not mine
Batched filming. You are in front of a camera for a short session, and it covers weeks. If a system needs you daily, it will not survive your calendar.
